Sign in to Prescient AI

Steps to get into the product, choose a first password, reset a forgotten one, and sign out.

You can sign in two ways: with a sign-in code, or with your email and a password. A sign-in code is a one-time code of 6 digits that the product emails to you. You do not need a password.

How do you sign in with a sign-in code?

Section titled “How do you sign in with a sign-in code?”

  1. Open the sign-in page and type your email.

  2. Select Send code.

    The product emails you the sign-in code. The subject of the email is Your Prescient AI sign-in code.

  3. Type the code in Sign-in code and select Sign in.

The sign-in code expires 1 hour after the product sends it. The email also has a button that signs you in, and the button expires at the same time.

If you typed the wrong email, select Use a different email.

The page has no control that sends the code again. To get a new code, select Use a different email and start again with the same email.

The page where you type the code shows for each email that you type. The product sends a code only to an email that has an account. If no email arrives, check the address.

How do you sign in with a password?

  1. On the sign-in page, select Sign in with a password instead.

  2. Type your email and your password.

  3. Select Sign in.

To return to the sign-in code, select Sign in with a one-time code instead.

How do you set a password or reset one?

The steps are the same for a first password and for a password that you forgot.

  1. On the sign-in page, select Sign in with a password instead.

  2. Select Set or reset password.

  3. Type your email and select Email me a link.

    The page shows Check your email. If an account exists for the email, the product sends a link. The subject of the email is Set your Prescient AI password.

  4. Open the link in the email. The Choose a password page opens.

  5. Type the password in New password and again in Confirm password.

  6. Select Save password.

The link expires about 1 hour after the product sends it. If the link expired, the page tells you to request a new one. Start again at step 1.

A password must have 12 characters or more, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. See Sign-in and password rules.

What if your organization uses single sign-on?

The sign-in page tells you to sign in through your identity provider. You do not use a sign-in code or a password. See Single sign-on.

What do you do with each email from Prescient AI?

Each email has one action. For the subject line and the expiry of each email, see Emails from Prescient AI.

  • Sign-in code: type the code on the sign-in page, or select the button in the email.
  • Invitation: select Accept the invite & sign in. See Invite and manage members. If you have a Prescient AI account and an Admin adds you to one more workspace, you get the sign-in code email, not this email.
  • Password: select Set password, then choose a password.
  • Interrupted connection: select Re-connect Channel. Data Center opens, where you connect the channel again. See Fix a channel that needs attention.
  • Failed payment: open the Billing tab and update the card. See Manage billing.

If you did not ask for a sign-in code and no Admin invited you to a workspace, ignore the email.

How do you sign out?

Section titled “How do you sign out?”

Select your avatar in the top bar, then select Log out.
