How to reach Prescient AI support by email, what to put in the message, and where to look for an answer first.

To reach Prescient AI support, send an email to support@prescientai.com. Before you write, look for the answer in these docs, because many questions have one.

  • Search. Select the search box in the header and enter a label or a message from your screen.
  • The assistant. Where the docs show an Ask AI button, the assistant answers a question from these docs and gives the pages that it used. It does not know your account or your data.
  • The Glossary. The Glossary explains each term that the product uses.
  • The Help Center link. The Help Center link in the sidebar of the product opens the help content.
  1. Start an email to support@prescientai.com.

  2. Give the name of your workspace and the page of the product where the problem is.

  3. Describe what you did, what you expected, and what occurred. Copy the full text of each message that the product showed.

  4. For a problem with a channel, give the name of the channel and its status on the Channels tab of Data Center.

  5. Add a screenshot if it helps. Remove data that you do not want to share.

Do not put a password, an API key, or a credential in an email.

Which messages in the product tell you to contact support?

Section titled “Which messages in the product tell you to contact support?”

Some messages about a connection name the support address. For a channel that stopped, the product first tells you to reconnect it in Data Center. The message tells you to contact support if the reconnection does not correct the problem, or if the connection does not start again after a few days. See Fix a channel that needs attention.

The product also sends some emails, for example when a connection stops. See Emails from Prescient AI.
