A key with a channel scope now returns the rows of each data source of its channels, and channelNames follows the scope of the key.

Fixed: A key with a channel scope now returns the rows of each data source of its channels. Before this fix, some channels returned no rows in
modeledMetrics
and
reportedMetrics
for a scoped key.

Changed:
channelNames
now follows the channel scope of the key. A scoped key gets only the channels that it can read.

A key with no channel scope did not change.

The endpoint, the request, the schema, the pagination, and the shape of an error did not change. Repeated authentication failures now cause a temporary block.

Changed: The API moved to a new platform. The endpoint, the request, the schema, the pagination, and the shape of an error did not change, so no integration needs a code change.

Changed: Repeated authentication failures from one IP address now cause a temporary block.

Changed:
models
and
channelNames
now return their items in a stable sorted order. The order was never part of the schema, so treat both lists as lists with no order.
