What stays open and what closes when a trial ends or a payment is late, who gets told, and how an Admin restores the product areas.

The subscription of a workspace controls access to the product areas. While the subscription is Active, each member has full access. When a trial ends or a payment stays late, the product areas close for each member, and the pages that let an Admin fix the billing stay open.

A trial gives access until 5 days after the end date of the trial. After that, the product shows the page Your free trial has ended, which gives the end date of the trial.

The page tells you to add your payment information on the billing settings page and to reach out to your customer success manager.

The product acts in three stages.

  1. A payment fails. The product emails each Admin with the subject Action needed: your Prescient AI payment failed.
  2. The subscription is past due. The workspace keeps access for a limited time. During this time, each Admin sees the banner Your subscription is past due at the top of the product, with the text Please update your billing information to avoid losing access. A Viewer does not see the banner.
  3. Access ends. The product shows the page Your subscription has expired.

These docs do not give a number of days for stage 2. The time depends on the billing period and the payment terms of your subscription.

The items stay in the sidebar and you cannot open them. For each area, see Prescient AI, Library, Model Center, Data Center, Attribution, and Media Forecaster.

Settings and Account stay open. An Admin can open the Billing tab, select Manage Stripe Billing, and update the payment information. See Manage billing.

A Viewer cannot open the Billing tab. If you are a Viewer and the product areas are closed, ask an Admin of your workspace.
