Share and export
How to share a saved item with your team, copy the link to an item, and export an item as a PDF report.
A chat is private to you. The Library is the way to show a conversation to other people: as a shared item in the product, as a link, or as a PDF.
How do you share an item with your team?
Section titled “How do you share an item with your team?”An item is shared when its visibility is Shared with your team. Each person in your workspace can then find the item on the Library page, under Shared with me.
- At the save. Select Shared with your team in the save dialog.
- After the save. Open the item, open the More actions menu, and select Edit details. Turn on Shared with your team, then select Save changes.
Only the person who saved an item can change its visibility.
How do you send a link?
Section titled “How do you send a link?”-
Open the item in the Library.

Open the More actions menu and select Copy link.
A message confirms the copy and tells you who can open the link. If the browser refuses the copy, the message Couldn’t copy the link shows the address, so that you can copy it by hand.

Send the link to a person in your workspace.
How do you export a PDF?
Section titled “How do you export a PDF?”-
Open the item in the Library.

Select Export PDF.
A print view of the item opens in a new tab, and the print dialog of the browser opens.

In the print dialog, select the option to save as a PDF.
The PDF is a report, not a picture of the chat. Each question of the conversation is a numbered heading, with its answer below.

| Header | The name of your workspace, the title of the item, the person who saved it, and the date and time. A version of 2 or higher also shows its version number. |

| Footer | The lines Prepared for, Saved, Sources, and Model, and a note that the figures are the data at the time of the save. |
The header shows a version number only for version 2 or higher.
The amounts in the report use the display currency of your workspace. See Change the display currency.
Who can do what?
Section titled “Who can do what?”Each person who can read an item can copy its link, export it, and run it again. Only the person who saved the item can edit its details or remove it.
