Prescient AI reference

Reference for the charts, tables, Base and Halo views, saturation curves, and plan results that Prescient AI can put in an answer, with their controls and limits.

This page lists the kinds of visual that an answer in the chat can contain, with their controls and their limits. Prescient AI selects the visual that fits the question.

VisualWhat it shows
ChartA bar chart, a horizontal bar chart, a stacked bar chart, or a line chart.
TableA table with 10 rows on each page.
Base and Halo viewThe Base and Halo of each channel, in the form that the Attribution page uses. You cannot change the view in the chat.
Saturation curveThe saturation curve of one channel, tactic, or campaign, with two switches and four tiles of figures.
Plan resultsA card that sums up one Media Forecaster plan: a headline, two or three figures, the largest moves of budget, and next steps. The Media Breakdown table of the plan opens from the card.
Plan proposalA plan that you can change and run in the chat.

A Base and Halo view and a saturation curve use the same components as the Attribution page. The full breakdown of plan results is the Media Breakdown table of Media Forecaster. For the meaning of their figures, see Base and Halo flows, Explore a spend scenario, and Read plan results.

A saturation curve in the chat has two switches above the chart and four tiles below it.

SwitchWhat it does
Seasonal ForecastShows or hides the forward curve. On by default. The switch is not available when the row has no forward curve.
{efficiency}Shows or hides the efficiency metric on the chart. On by default.

A word in braces stands for a value from your account or your plan.

TileWhat it shows
Current spend / {period}The spend of the row for each day or week.
{efficiency} at current spendThe efficiency metric of the row at its current spend.
Marginal {efficiency}The modeled result of the next unit of spend.
Model confidenceThe confidence of the model for this row.

A word in braces stands for a value from your account or your plan.

Plan results in the chat are one card that sums up one Media Forecaster plan. The card has these parts, from top to bottom.

PartWhat it shows
HeaderThe name of the plan, its settings or its dates, and the word Ready.
HeadlineOne figure and one line. For a plan with a target, the figure that the plan reaches and the target. For other plans, the change in the modeled outcome against the baseline, and the spend.
FiguresThe modeled outcome, the efficiency metric when the goal has one, and Spend. Each tile gives the optimized value and the baseline.
So farShows only after the plan has actual spend or outcome. The line gives the spend and the modeled outcome to date against the plan to date.
Where the money movesThe largest increases of budget and the largest decrease.
What to doNext steps that the product writes from the figures of the plan. When the plan does not reach its target, the heading reads What to try.

Each modeled figure on the card has MMM in its name. The product writes the headline and the next steps from the figures of the plan.

ButtonWhat it does
Save & trackOpens the dialog that saves the chat as a project and tracks the plan to its goal.
Open in Media ForecasterOpens the page of the plan in Media Forecaster.
Build this planOpens the New plan form of Media Forecaster with the settings of the recommendation filled in. The button does not build the plan in the chat.
See full breakdownShows the Media Breakdown table of the plan below the card. The button then reads Hide full breakdown.

The badge Daily recommendation marks the plan of the day. That plan has a Build this plan button and no Save & track button, because a recommendation has no goal to track. This Build this plan button opens the New plan form of Media Forecaster with the settings of the recommendation filled in. It does not build the plan in the chat. See Create and run a plan.

If the modeled outcome of a plan is out of range, the headline gives the recommended spend only, and a note shows below it.
