# Emails from Prescient AI

> Reference for the sign-in, invitation, connection, and payment messages that reach your inbox, with each subject line, its recipients, and how long its link stays valid.

This page lists the emails about sign-in and about a workspace that Prescient AI sends. Three are about sign-in and go to one person. Two are about the workspace and go to each Admin. The product also sends emails during onboarding, which this page names and does not describe.

## Emails and subject lines

A word in braces stands for a value from your account or your plan.

## Expiry and preferences

| Invitation of a person who has an account | The product adds the person to the workspace and sends the email **Your Prescient AI sign-in code**. | Onboarding emails                         | During onboarding, the product also sends emails at 6 moments: the sign-up, the completion of the connections, a reminder after 3 days, the data check when it is available, the approval of the data check with the start of modeling, and the completion of modeling. The subject lines are not listed here. |
