# Edit or remove an item

> How to change the title, the description, or the visibility of a saved item, and how to delete a saved item from the Library.

You can change the details of an item that you saved, and you can remove the item. You cannot change the saved conversation.

Only the person who saved an item sees **Edit details** and **Remove from library** in the **More actions** menu.

## How do you edit the details?

1. Open the item in the Library.

2. Open the **More actions** menu and select **Edit details**.

3. Change the **Title**, the **Description**, or the visibility.

   The switch reads **Shared with your team** when it is on and **Private to you** when it is off.

4. Select **Save changes**.

## How do you remove an item?

1. Open the item in the Library.

2. Open the **More actions** menu and select **Remove from library**.

3. Select **Remove** to confirm.

> **A shared item is removed for each reader:** When you remove a shared item, the saved copy is deleted for each person who could read it.

The removal deletes the saved copy only. Your chat stays in **Recent chats** in Prescient AI, and you can save it again.

## What does the product say?
