# channelNames

> Reference for the channelNames query of the Prescient GraphQL API, with its return type and an example request.

```graphql
# Query
channelNames: [String!]!
```

Returns the source names of all channels you have in use.

## Arguments

This query takes no arguments.

## Returns

The query returns `[String!]!`.

## Example request

Send the query in the `query` field of the request body.

The values in this response are examples. They are not real data.
